How it works?
- ORDER
- You choose your portrait details - size of canvas, painting medium, style, and give us any desired changes in advance.
- You upload the photo(s) or send them via e-mail or mail.(Note in case you prefer hard copies sent trough ground mail, it will take few more days before we start painting your portraits)
- Your order is complete.
- PAINTING
Your portrait from photo is being painted.
- APPROVAL
- We make a digital photo of the artwork and e-mail it to you for your approval.
- You can request changes if necessary after reviewing.
Most of our customers approve the portrait once they have received the first preview. However, please feel free to email us any modification request if there is any reason that you are not satisfied with what you see.
- We process your changes.
We will modify your artwork according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifications online once they are done.
- You approve the artwork.
Simply let us know once you are satisfied with the artwork.
- SHIPPING
- Your order is being shipped/delivered.
We will ship your portrait(s) to you in a well protected special case. We will include our contact information and a return label along with the artwork in case if you have any questions.
- RECIEVE
- You receive your portrait(s) from photo delivered to your door.
